At Arome City®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—with fair and transparent return and exchange options.


✅ General Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and remain in their original packaging.

  • All returns are subject to review.

  • Supporting images may be required to process your request.

🛠 Diffuser (Machine) Return Policy

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return your diffuser for any reason within 30 days of purchase or delivery—whichever is later.

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all parts/accessories.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Used diffusers are not eligible for refunds.

After 30 days:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • Diffuser must remain unused.


📦 Shipping, Handling & Return Labels

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Arome City does not provide return shipping labels unless returning for store credit.

  • For refunds/exchanges, allow 10–14 business days after we receive your return.

💡 Tip: Use trackable shipping. Arome City is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Products can be exchanged for any available item on our website.

  • Exchanges are processed within 1–3 business days once the return is in transit.

  • For store credit, we’ll cover the return label cost and issue credit within 1–3 business days via email.


🧴 Fragrance Oils & Car Diffusers

  • Oils and car diffusers may be returned within 30 days only if unopened/seals unbroken.

  • Used oils are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


⚠️ Damaged Orders

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • For damaged or defective items, contact customer support or log into your account to submit a claim.


🚫 Final Sale Items

  • Promotional, discounted, or final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit or exchange.


🛠️ Installation, Financing & Subscription Policies

  • Installation/service fees and startup fees are non-refundable.

  • Financing plans are non-refundable and bound by the signed agreement.

  • Fragrance subscription promotions require a 30-day minimum commitment. Early cancellation will require repayment of any promotional discounts.


🔄 Monthly Subscription Changes

  • You may update or change your fragrance selection within your subscription by logging into your account before your next billing cycle.


📍 Point of Purchase

Only products purchased directly from Arome City are eligible for return via this policy. Items purchased from third-party sellers must follow their respective policies.


📮 Return Address

Please contact customer support to request the return address before shipping your item.
